(1) The Commission shall arrange for ballot papers with election marks for elections held under the first-come, first-served election system and the proportional election system.
(2) For each candidate who is elected first on the ballot according to sub-section (1) and for the party registered with the Commission for the purpose of election for the proportional election system, there will be a voting room with the election symbol provided under section 31.
(3) Other provisions related to ballot papers shall be as prescribed.
