Rule 79
:<br> who can give orders and instructions
Subject to the Act and this regulation, the authority may issue necessary orders and instructions to the relevant agencies, organizations and individuals to make them comply with the Annexes and Manuals.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), orders and instructions may be given especially in the following matters:-
(a) in relation to the registration and marking of aircraft,
(b) in respect of inspection and certification of aircraft,
(c) Regarding the equipment and other material things to be installed in the airport and aircraft,
(d) Crew, aircraft maintenance and maintenance and air traffic controller personal license holders in relation to the work to be done by them,
(e) in relation to visual and instrument flight operations,
(f) in relation to the establishment and operation of air traffic control, flight information and alert services,
(g) regarding the adoption of prescribed minimum security arrangements,
(h) In relation to providing information regarding aircraft accidents, investigating and transmitting related information,
(i) In relation to transmission of meteorological information in air flight operations,
(j) Regarding giving information about air traffic controller and air navigation system,
(k) regarding the installation of standard communication equipment in air navigation and determining the procedure for operating such equipment,
(l) In relation to the collection and transmission of related information for the flight and operation of the aircraft.
