Rule 47

If any military person is relegated up to three times in the course of training and is not qualified to become a commissioned officer and soldier, and if it is proved that he is unfit or unfit by the medical board according to rule 107, his appointment may be revoked.
(2) Military or officer cadets who fail to pass the training will be included in the junior group up to three times.
(3) If he is included in the junior group according to sub-rule (2), if he fails to pass even in that group, the head of the relevant training center or establishment may remove him from the training with the approval of the General Directorate of Military Training and Doctrine.
(4) When he is removed from training according to sub-rule (3), he should be given an opportunity to present his explanation.
(5) If a military person is found unfit (unfit) from the medical board according to Rule 107, the appointing authority in the case of an officer and the commander-in-chief in the case of rank and other ranks may remove him from service.
