Section 29
Emergency rescue operation
(1) In case of emergency rescue of the liaison officer, chief, mountain guide, mountaineer, base camp worker, local worker or mountaineer, the rescue work can be done through the representative according to section 26 or any organization standing for rescue work.
(2) All the mountaineers involved in the rescue operation as per sub-section (1) shall be borne by the mountaineer party.
