Rule 4
Understanding and Filing Income Amounts
(1) According to the prevailing law, the amount received by the Village Development Committee shall be deducted from the income receipt.
(2) The amount received in accordance with sub-rule (1) should be collected and deposited in the relevant account on the next day of receipt of such cash. However, if the petition cannot be filed within the specified time, the petition must be filed within one month after stating the reason and certifying it from the chairman.
(3) The Secretary shall be responsible for filing and keeping accounts of the income of the Village Development Committee.
