Rule 21
Keeping Accounts of Income up to date

(1) The municipality shall keep its income account updated. Authentic documents related to income should be kept in a sequential manner. (2) When keeping accounts according to sub-rule (1), necessary auxiliary records can be prepared and maintained so that the nature of income is separated.
