(1) Regarding the details received according to rule 9, the center will monitor as follows:-
(a) Whether or not the person holding a public office regularly submits the statement of assets (b) Whether or not the government office, public organization or entity designated to keep the property details submitted as per clause (a) regularly keeps such property details.
(2) During the monitoring according to sub-rule (1), if any person holding a public office is not found to have submitted the property details, the Center may send a written notice to the Abuse of Authority Investigation Commission to take action against such person in accordance with sub-section (3) of section 50 of the Act.
