6.1.1. After five years of service, 6.1.2. Passed certificate level or equivalent. 6.2. Sub-Rule 5.3. Regardless of what is written in the Chief Folder of technical sub-senior rank, women can be promoted to technical sub-senior rank after completing two years of service.
