6. Ayurveda education and manpower development

6.1 Considering the important role of qualified, skilled and conscientious manpower in the technical field like medicine, effective production of Ayurveda dedicated manpower dedicated to the field of Ayurveda and its various aspects (education, service and drug manufacturing) ) establishment of "National Institute of Ayurveda Studies" with research center with necessary facilities to improve the quality and develop progressively.

6.3 In the perspective of providing effective, inexpensive, accessible and relatively safe medical services to the people by utilizing the country's natural resources more and more, when the government of Nepal needs high-level manpower for the protection of Ayurveda and its all-round development, the production process will be continuously operated without having a number of committees.

6.4 Medium and basic level Ayurvedic manpower will be produced and educational programs will be conducted for that. 6.5 Arrangements will be made for refresher training and study tours for the curious, indigenous and foreign citizens who want to gain introductory knowledge of Ayurveda medicine.
