(1) It shall be the duty of the concerned person, institution or agency to submit the document, document, evidence or evidence requested by the Commission according to Section 14 and to appear before the Commission and give information, statement or statement.
(2) When the commission searches a place or requests the assistance of the local administration to bring a person before the commission, it shall be the duty of the local administration to assist the commission.
(3) If a person, institution or body having duties as per sub-section (1) or (2) does not cooperate with the work of the commission, the commission may fine such person or the head of that body or body up to fifteen thousand rupees.
(4) If the person who has duties according to sub-section (1) or (2) is an officer or employee of any government agency or public organization, the Commission may send a written notice to the relevant authority to take departmental action against such officer or employee or to take action on the charge of non-fulfillment of official duties in accordance with prevailing law. And if it comes in writing, the relevant authority should take departmental action and inform the commission.
(5) If anyone obstructs the work of the commission, the commission may fine such person up to fifteen thousand rupees.
