Section 5
Formation of the Commission
: (1) The formation of the Commission will be as follows:-
(a) A person appointed by the Government of Nepal from a person who has worked in a special category position under the gazette of the Government of Nepal or has obtained at least a master's degree in economics, commerce, management, accounting, law or engineering and has at least 20 years of work experience in the relevant field - Chairman
(b) Four persons appointed by the Government of Nepal from among the persons who have at least fifteen years of work experience in the field of economics, commerce, management, accounting, law or engineering with at least a master's degree - member
(2) According to sub-section (1), while appointing the chairman and members, including at least one woman, should be done based on the principle of proportional inclusion.
(3) Notice of the appointment of the chairman and members will be published in the Nepal Gazette.
