7. Regular meeting of the commission:

(1) The regular meeting of the commission will be held at least once a week for monitoring, control, supervision and evaluation of the regular operation of the commission.
(2) The regular meeting of the commission will be called by the member-secretary of the commission under the direction of the vice president.
(3) The regular meeting of the commission shall be chaired by the vice-chairman and in the absence of the vice-chairman, the senior member of the commission shall chair the meeting.
(4) The presence of the members as per clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of this order shall not be mandatory in the regular meeting of the commission.
(5) Other procedures related to the regular meeting of the Commission shall be as prescribed.
