(1) The meeting of the Commission shall be held at least once a month.
(2) The meeting of the commission shall be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman and in the case of the position of chairman being vacant, by the senior member. However, if at least two members request in writing to call the meeting of the commission, the chairman and in his absence the senior member shall call the meeting of the commission within seven days.
(3) At least twenty-four hours before the meeting of the Commission, the secretary shall make available to the members a list of topics to be discussed in the meeting.
(4) The meeting of the commission shall be presided over by the chairman and in his absence by the senior member present. Explanation: For the purpose of this section, "senior member" means the member who is next in order of appointment.
(5) If three members are present at the meeting of the commission, it will be considered that the quorum for the meeting of the commission has been reached.
(6) In the meeting of the Commission, the opinion of the majority shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding shall give the deciding vote.
(7) The commission may invite experts of related subjects as needed in the meeting.
(8) For the purpose of recording the decision of the Commission, a separate book shall be arranged and each decision shall be recorded in such book and all the members present in the meeting shall sign in such book.
(9) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Commission shall be as determined by the Commission.
