6. Meeting of the Commission

(1) The meeting of the Commission shall be held at least four times a year as needed.
(2) The member-secretary will call the meeting of the commission under the direction of the chairman.
(3) The meeting of the Commission shall be chaired by the Chairman of the Commission. In the absence of the chairman, the senior member will preside over the meeting.
(4) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members present in the commission are present, the quorum for the meeting of the commission will be considered.
(5) The decision of the majority in the meeting of the commission shall be considered as the decision of the commission and in case of equality of votes, the chairman may give the deciding vote.
(6) The decision of the meeting of the commission will be verified by the member-secretary of the commission.
(7) Related officials and experts can be invited as observers in the meeting of the Commission. Regional administrators and regional directors may be invited by the chairman to the meeting as needed.
(8) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Commission shall be as determined by the Commission itself.
