(1) The meeting of the Commission shall be held at least twice a year at the date, time and place fixed by the Chairman.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1), the period between two meetings shall not be more than six months apart.
(3) The Chairman shall preside over the meeting of the Commission.
(£) Other procedures related to conducting the meeting of the Commission shall be as determined by the Commission itself.
