(1) While investigating the complaint received by the Commission, based on the collected evidence and the investigation report, the Commission will determine the incidents related to the complaint and whether or not women's rights have been violated.
(2) When determining according to sub-rule (1), any official, person. Or - If the agency is found guilty, the Commission will send a written notice to the relevant agency or officer to take necessary legal action against it.
(3) The Commission shall give adequate opportunity of hearing to the accused person or body before establishing the offence.
