(1) The amount of financial subsidy provided by the Government of Nepal in accordance with this regulation shall be kept in the reserve fund by the cooperative organization and used only for the purchase of services or goods provided by the shop.< br> (2) The monitoring committee will conduct the necessary monitoring regarding whether the amount of financial subsidy provided by the Government of Nepal has been used in the activities as per sub-rule (1).
(3) During the monitoring according to sub-rule (2), if it is found that the co-operative organization has not operated the shop even after receiving the financial subsidy provided by the Government of Nepal or if such money has not been used in accordance with sub-rule (1), the monitoring committee will charge the amount of the financial subsidy received by such co-operative organization including interest at the rate of 10 percent. When using such amount of the cooperative organization, it will be collected from the existing directors.
(4) According to sub-rule (2), before collecting the amount of financial subsidy, the monitoring committee shall provide the relevant cooperative organization with a reasonable opportunity to submit a clarification.
