Financial statements sent
related funds and accounts controller office submitted according to rule 85 sub-rules (2) and (3) annual budget, transfer, withdrawal, expenditure, remaining amount and bank account and freeze statement including the General Account. Two copies must be sent to the office of the Controller General of Accounts and one copy to the relevant department or ministry or taluk office that keeps central accounts within the time specified by the controller's office.
