Rule 55
Barbujarath
(1) Employees who are in charge of cash, goods, appropriated funds, revenue, bonds, bonds, other funds, and government documents and work under their charge or are in charge, usually by transfer, promotion, retirement or for any other reason. If he leaves or is separated from that job, he will have the duty to make up for it. The employee who receives the payment must also receive the payment immediately. Departmental action will be taken against such employees if they do not agree.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the employee who has the duty to complete the work shall complete the work within the period mentioned in section 25 of the Act. If the payment is not made within that period, the head of the office will have to prepare a list of the cash items in his charge in the presence of the representative of the nearest office. In this way, the name of Barbujarath should also be given to the Taluk office.
(3) In accordance with sub-rule (2), the employee who has the duty to make a settlement in relation to the non-delivered cash will continue to be responsible. (4) According to sub-rule (1) or (2), if it is found that there is loss or embezzlement of cash or goods, revenue, bond and other money, such loss or embezzlement shall be recovered in accordance with the law.
(5) According to sub-rule (3), if the price is to be raised, the condition of the goods and the current market price will be considered. In the case of ministries and departments, the task of maintaining prices is by a committee consisting of an official appointed by the head of the relevant office and one technical officer, an authorized representative of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Comptroller General's Office, and in the case of other offices, the head of the relevant office, a representative of the relevant district administration office and the representative of the Treasury and Accounts Controller's Office. (6) An employee who has the duty to perform a funeral as per sub-rule (1) has retired from service and is not found or is dead or has no address or is missing due to health reasons and such an employee shallIf a member of his family wants to do the barbujarath, he or a person approved by him or a person appointed by the concerned chief district officer, the person who needs to be understood should get the understanding.
