Section 10
Able to raise financial resources

(1) The authority may use the following powers to raise financial resources necessary to carry out its work:-
(a) Taking loans and grants from indigenous associations, institutions, banks or individuals,
(b) Taking loans and grants from foreign governments and foreign or international associations and organizations with the approval of the Government of Nepal (c) To invest funds in the funds of the Authority,
(d) fly aircraft owned by the Authority on a limited basis for earning income,
(e) Collecting the prescribed fees for aircraft landing, housing, ground handling, parking or other vehicle parking at airports and airport areas owned by the Authority. ,
(f) If any aircraft flies (over-fly) over the territory of Nepal, charging the prescribed fee,
(G) To charge the prescribed fee for using communication and aviation support equipment facility by the aircraft flying within the air border area of ​​Nepal,
(h) Collecting goods (cargo) charges as specified in the transportation of goods imported into Nepal by aircraft from abroad,
(i) Collecting the prescribed passenger service fee for providing the required level of passenger service facilities to the air passengers,
(j) In matters related to the operation of aircraft services, permit, classification of working capacity (rating), and charging fees as prescribed when granting, renewing and conducting examinations for certificates,
(k) To collect the prescribed entrance fee from the visitors who enter the terminal building of the airport owned by the Authority,
(l) Collecting the prescribed fees for providing fire prevention and life saving services for the rescue and safety of aircraft, air passengers and their property, goods,
(d) Sales of aviation fuel, duty-free shops, in-flight catering, merchandiseCollecting fares and fees as specified with those operating cargo handling services, passenger transportation (limousine) services, ground handling services, etc. (d) To collect rent and fees as prescribed from those conducting business and advertising within the airport and airport area,
(n) Collecting fees as prescribed for providing electricity, drinking water, telephone, telex, fax, etc. facilities within the airport and airport area,
(p) Collecting additional fees as prescribed for keeping the airport and airport area open for more than the scheduled time,
(h) Collecting rent and fees for providing other services as specified.
(2) In the case of non-payment of the rent and charges to be paid as per sub-section (1) within the specified period, additional rent charges may be charged as prescribed.
