Section 125
Not to obstruct movement
Goods or vehicles shall not be placed in any public place in such a way as to obstruct the movement of any person or vehicle. However, if there is a special situation where any goods have to be kept in a public place for some time, then the nearest police office should be informed about it and the approval of such office should be taken.
