(1) Government houses will be provided by the government of Nepal for the purpose of accommodation for the ministers. In case such a house is not arranged or the ministers who do not have a suitable house in Kathmandu Valley, the amount to be paid per month for house rent will be as determined by the Government of Nepal.
(2) Half of their monthly salary will be given to the ministers every year for the maintenance and cleaning expenses of the government house compound arranged as per sub-section (1). This facility will be provided even if you live in a rented house.
(3) One thousand five hundred rupees will be given every month to the minister who has permanent residence and a suitable house in Kathmandu valley for the maintenance and cleaning expenses of his house compound.
(4) The Ministers will get the facility under this section for seven days from the date of expiry of their tenure.
