Rule 5
Licensor
(1) In accordance with sub-rule (1) of rule 4, for some time to examine the necessary matters in the case of licenses of the types mentioned in clauses (a), (b), (c) and (f) of rule 3 among the applications received. (3) After the decision to grant any kind of license according to sub-rules (1) and (2), the local authority will grant the license to the applicant as written in Schedule 1.
