: If someone conducts a foreign employment business without obtaining a license contrary to section 10, or if he takes any money or sends it abroad with the purpose of giving false assurances that he will engage someone in foreign employment or showing inducement to engage him in foreign employment. The amount and fifty percent of that amount shall be collected as damages and such person shall be fined from three lakh rupees to five lakh rupees and imprisoned for three years to seven years after paying the expenses of going to and from abroad. If he is not sent abroad, he will be sentenced to half of that sentence.
