Section 7
Right to suspend license
(1) The Government of Nepal may suspend the license of a travel or trekking agency for a maximum period of 6 months in the following cases:- (a) Violation of any provision of this Act or the rules made under this Act, or
(b) In case of disqualification according to clause (b) or (d) of section 4.
