(1) In accordance with this Act, a person who is qualified to perform the work of a certifying agency by issuing a certificate shall submit an application to the controller in the prescribed format by attaching the prescribed form in order to obtain a certifying license.
(2) The petitioner shall also attach the following documents along with the application given in accordance with sub-section (1):-
(a) Particulars relating to certification,
(B) Documents confirming the identity and identification of the applicant,
(c) Financial resources, manpower and other necessary facilities opening documents,
(d) Other documents as specified.
(3) If the controller deems it necessary, he may request additional documents and details from the applicant to check the suitability of the applicant to work as a certifying body or not. In this way, if additional documents and details are requested, no action will be taken on the applicant's application until such documents and details are filed.
