(1) No one shall provide, collect, remove, sell, distribute, export or transport any kind of forest produce without obtaining a license from the authorized officer in accordance with this regulation and shall not even enter the forest area for the above purpose. (2) Section 22 of the Act. Any person or entity that has obtained a license according to sub-section (2) of the forest shall compulsorily comply with the conditions specified in the license and determined by the Government of Nepal when cutting, splitting or exporting any wood or firewood in the forest. When consuming, removing, selling, distributing, transporting or exporting, the stamp prescribed by the department must be affixed.
(4) When cutting, splitting, consuming, removing, selling, distributing, transporting or exporting other forest products except firewood, the procedures determined by the Government of Nepal should be followed.
