Rule 14

Issuance of new license in case of loss of license

In case of loss or destruction of the license obtained by a guide, he shall file an application with the Director General within thirty-five days of the same, and if the misconduct is found to be reasonable, the Director General may issue another license by taking a fee of two hundred rupees.
