(1) The Government of Nepal may revoke the license of a construction professional upon the recommendation of the committee in the following cases:-
(a) If a license is obtained by submitting false particulars,
(b) In case of submitting false information and related documents to the Government of Nepal and organized organizations for the purpose of carrying out public construction works, (c) If it is judged that quality work is not done.
(2) Before revoking the license according to sub-section (1), the relevant construction business shall be given a reasonable opportunity to submit an explanation.
(3) Licenses that are not renewed within the period specified in sub-section (3) of section 5 will automatically be cancelled.
(4) If the license has been revoked according to sub-section (1) or (3), the relevant firm or company registration office shall be informed thereof.
