(1) The holder of the license of the road guide must submit an application to the Director General for renewal of the license within thirty five days after the expiry of the license.
(2) Upon receipt of the application as per sub-rule (1), the Director General may charge a fee of five hundred rupees and renew it for another period of five years.
(3) According to sub-rule (1), if an application is given for renewing the license after the deadline for renewing the license has passed, the renewal may be done by charging the following additional fee in addition to the renewal fee for the following period:-
(a) Two hundred rupees up to two months after the expiry of the license renewal period.
(b) Three hundred rupees up to four months after the expiry of the license renewal period (c) Five hundred rupees up to six months after the expiry of the license renewal period.
(d) One thousand rupees up to one year after the expiry of the license renewal period.
