: (1) The department shall, from time to time, mention the name, address, telephone number, representative (agent) of the organization receiving the license in accordance with this Act, if it has appointed a representative (agent) or if it has opened a branch, and the details including the period of the license. It should be publicized through various newspapers or your website.
(2) When the details are published in accordance with sub-section (1), it shall also be updated if investigation action is being taken against a licensee for an offense under this Act or if the license of a licensee has been cancelled.
