(1) In the case of an offense under section 161, within the time limit mentioned in paragraph-10 of Part-2 of the Civil Code, in the case of an offense under section 162, within the time limit mentioned in Part-2, paragraph-14 of the Civil Crime Code, and in the case of other offenses under this Act, from the date of commission of the offence. Appeal must be made within thirty days.
(2) Apart from offenses under Sections 161 and 162, an appeal shall be filed within thirty-five days from the date of notification of the decision or order in respect of other offenses under this Act.
