Section 12
Complaints can be dismissed or kept under investigation
(1) If, during the investigation in accordance with section 9 or 10, it is not found that a complaint has been filed with the commission, the commission may dismiss such complaint or put it under investigation.
(2) The Commission shall inform the concerned complainant within seven days from the date of such decision that the Commission has decided to dismiss the complaint or put it on hold as per sub-section (1).
