(1) If a professional certificate member does not comply with the conduct mentioned in this Act or the rules made under this Act, or if such professional certificate member violates this Act or the rules made under this Act, the interested party may file a complaint with the organization.
(2) If it is found that a professional certificate member has not followed the required conduct, the executive director shall submit a proposal to the council along with the facts obtained to take action against such professional certificate member.
