(1) The department shall register the complaints or notices received in accordance with Section 13 of the Act in the registration book in the format mentioned in Schedule-1.
(2) Details obtained through electronic means should also be registered according to sub-rule (1).
(3) The department may make necessary arrangements regarding the investigation in the case of the complainant who does not want to mention his name for confidentiality.
