(1) In accordance with the Labor Act, 2048 and other prevailing laws, a person who is aggrieved may file a complaint before the court regarding any offense that is prescribed to be initiated and dismissed by the labor court.
(2) In the place where there is no court, when a complaint is made according to sub-rule (1), it can be given to the relevant labor office and the labor office shall give the receipt of the complaint to the concerned person and bring the complaint received in this way to the relevant court within seven days.
