Section 37
Who can file a complaint
(1) If the permission is not received within the period as per section 33, the person or body applying for the permission to construct a building as per section 28 may file an appeal before the chairman or the chief if they are not satisfied with the notice given as per section 36 and within thirty-five days from the date of receiving such notice.
(2) If any complaint is received according to sub-section (1), the chairman or the head shall investigate the matter and if it appears that permission for the construction of the building should be granted, he shall instruct the chief administrative officer to grant permission as soon as possible.
