Rule 45
Hearing of Complaint
: According to Rule 44, the Debt Recovery Tribunal shall issue a deadline to the defendants within fifteen days from the date of receipt of the complaint to submit a reply with evidence for their acquittal and the defendant shall file a reply within that period. However, if the defendant is unable to submit a reply within that period due to circumstances beyond his control, and if an application is made within the next fifteen days, the time limit can be extended up to fifteen days.
