Rule 29
Appealable

(1) Any person who causes damage to the objects, places, plants, animals, etc., included in the register or within the national heritage, can file a complaint with the relevant authorities.
(2) According to sub-rule (1) during the investigation of the complaint or in the course of the investigation by the concerned body, if it is found that there has been any damage to the objects, places, flora, fauna, etc. included in the register, the action shall be stopped immediately.
