(1) Notwithstanding anything written in section 6, if any person commits any kind of sexual abuse to any employee or customer at the workplace, the victimized employee, customer or anyone on their behalf shall within ninety days from the date of sexual harassment against such person. Complaint can be filed before the officer who hears the complaint along with the evidence.
(2) If a manager does not resolve the complaint made in accordance with section 6 within the prescribed period, from the date of expiry of such period and if any party is not satisfied with the decision made by the manager in accordance with that section, within seventy days from the date of such decision, the aggrieved employee, service recipient or any person or accused person on his behalf, before the authority hearing the complaint. Can complain.
(3) If any manager does not comply with the obligations or other provisions under this Act or if he does not comply with the instructions given by the officer who hears the complaint or the inspection or monitoring body according to section 9 or 11, the interested person may file a complaint before the officer who hears the complaint.
