(1) If someone is found to have sexually abused an employee or customer, he will be punished with imprisonment up to six months or a fine up to fifty thousand rupees or both, depending on the nature of the offence.
(2) If any manager is found to have failed to comply with the obligations or other provisions of this Act, he shall be fined up to twenty five thousand rupees.
(3) If any manager fails to follow the instructions given by the officer who hears the complaint or the body responsible for inspection or monitoring according to section 9 or 11, he shall be fined up to twenty five thousand rupees.
(4) If a person who has been punished according to this section commits such a punishable act again, he will be punished twice.
(5) If anyone is found to have knowingly filed a false complaint in accordance with this Act, he shall be fined up to ten thousand rupees.
(6) If any employee or person is punished according to this section, the officer hearing the complaint must inform the relevant body.
