(1) The Complaint Hearing Officer shall follow the procedure according to the Brief Procedures Act, 2028 when handling and disposing of the complaint under Section 7.
(2) If the victim makes a written request, the officer hearing the complaint shall hear the complaint in a closed courtroom.
