(1) Within seven days of receiving the permit, the licensee shall register such industry in accordance with the prevailing law and, if there is foreign investment in the industry, submit an application to the one-door unit as per Section 33 of the Act, along with the necessary documents, details and fees required in accordance with the prevailing law.
(2) If an application under sub-rule (1) is received, the one-door unit shall coordinate with the relevant government agency, register the industry within the period prescribed by the prevailing law and, if foreign investment approval is required, provide the applicant with a certificate of such approval.
