Section 20
Vice-Chancellor
: (1) The Vice-Chancellor shall be the principal officer working full-time in the institution.
(2) A committee consisting of two other members of the Assembly under the chairmanship of the Vice-Chancellor will be formed by the Chancellor to recommend the appointment to the post of Vice-Chancellor and the Chancellor will appoint the Vice-Chancellor on the recommendation of that committee.
(3) The term of office of the Vice-Chancellor shall be four years (4) The work, duties and rights, remuneration, facilities and other conditions of service of the Vice-Chancellor shall be as prescribed.
