The consumer group shall be a self-governing and organized body with unbroken succession.
(2) The consumer group shall have a separate seal of its own.
(3) Consumer group can acquire, consume, sell or otherwise dispose of movable and immovable property like individuals.
(4) A group of consumers may file a complaint in its own name as well as an individual and may also file a complaint in the same name.
