11. Can form sub-committees:

(1) The committee may form sub-committees under the coordination of any member as required for the operation of its work.
(2) The sub-committee under sub-section (1) may include local people, experts related to the subject and representatives of the Government of Nepal as required.
(3) The work, duties and rights and term of office of the sub-committee under sub-section (1) shall be as determined by the committee at the time of formation of such sub-committee.
