(1) The committee may form a sub-committee including experts in the related fields as needed in matters such as investment, social security management, audit etc. (2) The work, duties, rights and term of office of the sub-committee formed in accordance with sub-section (1) and the facilities to be enjoyed by the members of such sub-committee shall be as prescribed by the committee at the time of formation of such sub-committee.
