Section 10
Sub-committee or task force may be formed
:
(1) The committee may form sub-committees or working groups as needed to carry out any work it has to do in accordance with this order or the rules made under this order.
(2) The work, duties and rights and procedures of the sub-committees or work teams formed in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be as determined by the committee.
