Section 42
<br> may form sub-committees or working groups
The council or committee may form a sub-committee or task force as necessary to carry out any work it has to do in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act.
(2) The work, duties and rights and term of office of the sub-committee or task force formed in accordance with this section shall be as determined by the council or committee at the time of formation of the sub-committee or task force.
