The duties, duties and powers of the Vice-President shall be as follows:-

(a) To assist the Assembly and the Council in formulating the short-term and long-term policies, plans and programs of the Council.

(b) Establish coordination with domestic and foreign governmental and non-governmental organizations or individuals affiliated with the council.

(c) Evaluate the progress of plans and programs conducted under the council. >

(d) Inspecting and conducting related high secondary schools and giving necessary instructions regarding the operations of such schools.
